RETURN AND SHIPPING POLICY
Some packages are shipped from different countries and it's a long way to arrive at the customer's destination, some package may be damaged during delivery.
We will offer full refund or a new replacement for package has been damaged during delivery.
We do not recommend customer to return the item because the cost of shipping back the item may be even higher than the value of the product itself.
Some packages may also has customs clearance problems and can not be delivered to the destination because certain countrie's customs policy. We will try to help you to solve customs clearance problem but not resend a new package again because it will not arrive either. Please learn about your buyer country's customs policy before selling to the area.
Most South American countries have heavy customs policies and tax policies.
But for valuable items, we have a product return/refund window of 30 days. Packages that are shipped from USA can be returned to local warehouse but customers will have to pay the shipping cost, we will also offer full refund when return product has not been used or damaged.
We accept all returning products shipped out by us if the item do not meet your expectations due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or low quality item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returning item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us again through chat box
You can only cancel your order if your order has not been fulfilled. Please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (20% of your total order value) will be applied to your cancellation.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please let us know ASAP, and we will process the exchange ASAP as well.
