Within 30 days from the date of receipt, if you are not satisfied with our product quality, you can always apply for a refund.
Before applying for a refund, please contact us by e-mail (to: email@example.com) and attach clear photos or videos to explain the reasons for the refund.
To be eligible for a return, your items must meet the following points:
– 1. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and the packaging should not be damaged.
– 2. The cleanliness of the product should be maintained above 90%.
– 3. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The item is required to ship to our Chino warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
